We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Sourcetech Solutions Inc. in Batangas. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation, and assisting in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Job Description:

HR Coordination (Batangas):

As the primary HR contact for our construction company client in Batangas, you will coordinate HR activities and initiatives specific to the location, provide on-site HR support, and address employee inquiries and concerns. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Timekeeping:

You will manage and maintain accurate timekeeping records for employees, process and verify timesheets and attendance records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding timekeeping. Additionally, you will address and resolve any timekeeping discrepancies or issues.

Recruitment:

You will coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role, and assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will conduct reference checks and background checks on potential employees, assist with onboarding new employees, and participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

You will provide administrative support to the HR department, maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and documentation, and assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Additionally, you will handle general office duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 45,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
