Benefits Administrator (Collections and Reconciliation)

What is in it for you?

  • As a Benefits Operations Analyst, you will provide administrative assistance for Operations day to day transactions.
  • You will also be a project support assistant to ensure project goals are achieved within the established timelines.
  • Your attention to details. organizational skills are needed for this role.

We will count on you to

  • Manages low to moderately complex Benefits Operational assignments, including analyzing benefits data files for discrepancies, maintaining operation systems, and providing system support.
  • Engages in operational reporting to management, participates in ad hoc operation projects, and performs daily operational tasks such as data analysis and system support.
  • Provides testing support for new systems and tools, evaluates and recommends updates for systems and tools, and manages client data and requests using technical resources.
  • Supports Client Facing Brokers with administration and technical support, ensures the production of complex policies and documentation, and adheres to company policies while contributing to team SLAs and business objectives.

What you need to have:

  • Recognised bachelor's degree holder
  • 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in Operations, preferably Benefits Operations
  • Experience in collections, reconciliation, payment application
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills, such as formula, Lookup functions and Pivot Table
