Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for supporting online sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with the marketing and logistics teams to optimize sales processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service and Support
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Order Processing and Management
  5. Process online orders accurately and efficiently.
  6. Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  7. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to handle shipping and inventory issues. 3. Sales Support
  8. Assist in the execution of online promotions, sales campaigns, and special events.
  9. Provide support in updating product listings, prices, and descriptions on the e-commerce platform.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  11. Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date. 4 . Inventory Management
  12. Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking with the purchasing team.
  13. Manage product returns and exchanges, ensuring they are processed according to company policies.
  14. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and discrepancies. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting
  15. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  16. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and website metrics.
  17. Use insights from data analysis to suggest improvements to the e-commerce strategy. Qualifications:
  18. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  19. Previous experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or customer service.
  20. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  21. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Tiktok ) and CRM systems.
  22. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  23. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  24. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  25. Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
