Position Overview:

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our partner client's online sales platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to develop and implement strategies that enhance our online presence and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including website(s), marketplace accounts, and mobile apps.
  • Conduct regular analysis of key performance metrics and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful e-commerce strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) language.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce market dealing with Chinese consumers is a plus.
