We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our e-commerce operations and providing excellent client support. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Work Location: Quezon City, Valencia

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Platform Management:

Manage and maintain our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure availability of products.Order Processing and Fulfillment:Process incoming orders promptly and accurately.Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays.Client Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.Provide timely and helpful responses to customer questions regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Generate regular reports on key e-commerce metrics, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:

English:

Capable to communicate in English.Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Microsoft Office Skills:Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
