About the Role:

As a Customer Success Intern, your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, assisting with project documentation, and ensuring smooth internal operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in customer success, project management, and the AI technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and organize client meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.

Maintain and update client contact information and communication logs.

Assist in tracking client requests and ensuring timely responses.

Assist in maintaining project management tools and databases.

Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Coordinate with different departments to gather information and resolve issues.

Support the Customer Success Manager in tracking project milestones and deadlines.

Help organize project-related files and documentation.

Assist in preparing proof-of-concept (PoC) materials.

Learn about AI Rudder's solutions and project management practices.

Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.

About You:

Demonstrates determination, analytical thinking, and effective planning skills.
