Job Description: We are seeking a Full-Time Outreach & Client Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filtering leads, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and managing schedules. In time, the role will expand to include training for closing leads. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service as they navigate the process of claiming their unclaimed property.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach: Filter potential leads and conduct outbound calls to engage new clients.Appointment Setting & Scheduling: Manage and organize appointments for clients and ensure timely follow-ups.Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to track communications, manage leads, and ensure all information is accurately recorded.Training for Closing Leads: Be open to training that will enable you to close leads in the future, contributing to the company's growth.Requirements:
MUST speak, write, and communicate great in English
MUST have previous appointment setting or sales experience with a proven track record
MUST have previous lead generation experience
MUST have CRM experience. If you have experience with BatchDialer is a cloud-based dialer software used primarily in sales and marketing, especially for outbound calling campaigns, that is a major plus.
MUST have basic administrative experience
MUST be very resourceful and self-sufficient
MUST have a quiet home environment without any background noise
MUST have noise cancellation headset
Other Requirements:
- Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, dialer platforms, and other software tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, track communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and offer creative solutions.
- Confidentiality: Adherence to strict confidentiality protocols when dealing with sensitive client information.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer outreach, sales, or similar administrative roles is preferred.
