Business Development and Compliance Associate

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines TL Sales and Management Services Inc. Full time

Business Permit Processing:
o Assist stores in obtaining and renewing necessary business permits and licenses.
o Maintain an organized record of all permits and licenses for each store.
o Conduct periodic reviews to ensure all permits and licenses are up-to-date.
o Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities.

Field Work:
o Visit stores and government offices as needed to facilitate permit processing.
o Address any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.

Store Expansion Support:
o Assist the Business Development Manager with planning and executing store expansion projects.
o Conduct market research to identify potential locations for new stores.

Mall Leasing Communication:
o Negotiate lease terms and conditions in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
o Address any concerns or issues related to leasing agreements.
o Ensure compliance with mall policies and procedures.

Administrative Support:
o Prepare reports and presentations for the Business Development Manager.
o Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
o Maintain an organized filing system for all business development and compliance documents.
o Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in business development, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local business regulations and permit requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for field work as needed.
