The position's primary focus is to provide outstanding tax compliance services while professionally representing the Firm.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan's Key Results

People:

  • Create a positive team experience.

Client:

  • Proactive work status updates India liaisons' responses.
  • Responds to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.
  • Prepares client project status reports.
  • Creates monthly, quarterly, and annual client tax filings.
  • Creates files for clients and projects utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access.

Value:

  • Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material.
  • Utilizes strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Processes tax returns and tax bills.
  • Maintains tax compliance information in electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Assists with other projects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business is a must.
  • 0-2 years of experience in US Taxation.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and writing skills are a must.
  • Must be amenable to working on a hybrid set-up. (Mandaluyong)
  • Willing to work on a 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM shift (Manila Time)

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
