Shape the Future: Your Duties

Installation and Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint servers, farms, and services.Set up web applications, site collections, and individual sites based on organizational needs. Maintenance and Updates: Perform regular updates and apply patches to the SharePoint environment.Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and performance. Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols, including user permissions and access controls.Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues promptly.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize SharePoint. Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.Perform data recovery operations as needed to ensure data integrity and availability. Customization and Development: Customize SharePoint sites using built-in tools and features.Develop and integrate custom solutions using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other development tools. Content Management: Manage and organize content within SharePoint, including document libraries and lists.Implement content lifecycle management practices, including archiving and retention policies. Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor SharePoint performance and identify areas for improvement.Optimize system performance and scalability to meet organizational demands. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate collaboration among team members and departments using SharePoint features.Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback. Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to SharePoint.Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and impact on users.Showcase Your Skills:Excellent communication skills.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related work experience as an MS SharePoint Administrator. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and management. Technical Skills: Proficient in SharePoint Online and on-premises versions.Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and IIS.Experience with SQL Server management and performance tuning.Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.Knowledge of SharePoint security models and compliance practices. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and project management skills.
