Job Overview:

  • The Transformation team within Global Business Solutions is dedicated to leading a significant shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology throughout the enterprise. They aim to be key global strategic partners, providing top-notch transformational solutions. Working as a global unit, they support various functions such as Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and new business partnerships.
  • Buick and GMC serve as global brands within General Motors, striving to deliver a premium product and experience to customers. As part of this team, we are seeking a candidate to assist the North American Sales Operations Team in projects related to developing tools for enhancing market share growth. This may include tasks like creating sales tracking reports, scorecards, contest rankings, key metric tracking, etc. Our objective is to equip our team with the necessary tools to excel in their roles.

As a Member of the Team, You Will:

  • Provide exceptional support for the Buick GMC Group Sales Reporting function, including user access management, business partner support, daily monitoring, issue management, and reporting for multiple regions and functions.
  • Assist in communicating with business users.
  • Create and deliver training materials to a global audience.
  • Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience.
  • Design and maintain reusable test cases to confirm new functionalities and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Maintain clear reporting status during UAT.
  • Update and maintain operational processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners to understand business processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in process transformation, report development, and consulting.
  • Experience using methodologies like Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking for process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework is preferred.
  • Working understanding of Power BI and KNIME.
  • Experience in end-to-end test cycles management preferred.
  • Experience in training manual development and delivery preferred.
  • Affinity with technology and familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Important: Must be willing to work in night shift.
