Citi Finance is responsible for the firm's financial management and related controls. We manage and partner on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi's compliance with financial rules and regulations. The team comprises chief financial officers who partner with each of our businesses and disciplines including controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury.

We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Finance Reporting Analyst 2 - Hybrid based in Taguig. Officer (C10) - Finance Reporting Analyst 2 - (ROHQ - Finance & Risk Shared Services)

The Finance Reporting Analyst 2 is responsible to support Citi business units globally through the identification, investigation, resolution and prevention of material Intercompany breakages in Balance Sheet and P/L. The overall objective of this role is to ensure Citi's consolidated financial statements are reported accurately.

In this role, you're expected to:

  • Identify, investigate and ensure resolution of material Intercompany breakages for Non-Derivative products
  • Support the team in driving initiatives such as process transformations and improvements

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 2 to 4 years experience, preferably in a similar field
  • Knowledge of bank reconciliation is a pl
  • Knowledge of Citi Finance Infrastructure and Reporting is a plus

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to develop strong partnership with various stakeholders
  • Able to handle high volume of work, adaptto change, and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of innovation and digital tools is a plus

Education:

  • College graduate with a degree in business, preferably in Accountancy or Finance
  • CPA is an advantage
