Your responsibilities
  • Performing process reviews/enhancement/streamlining and UAT system testing.
  • Coordinate with Country Fincon on the implementation of reporting changes, which includes submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required and providing training and user testing resources to test enhancements.
  • Preparation, review, and submission of the country's other head office reports such as Foreign Currency reports, Country Exposure Reports, Quarterly Memo cable, Cash flow reports, etc.
  • The analyst will assist in the management of the flow of information needed to monitor, enrich, and influence the business decision process, and will provide detailed analytical support on head office financial reporting.

Citibank has its own training and development strategy. Their training strategy is consisting of three core areas.

  • On-the-job learning which takes 70% of the development program.
  • Learning through the relationship of exposure to others takes 20% part of the program.
  • Formal classroom training that takes 10% part.

About you
  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any Business-related courses.
  • CPA and MBA would be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and management reporting is an advantage.
  • Able to drive projects and process improvements.
  • Knowledgeable in identifying risks and in implementing controls.
  • Good understanding of the mental framework required to drive the project process.
  • Able to establish a good working relationship with the Fincon Units of the countries being supported and product controllers.
