Job Summary

The position is responsible for administrative and secretarial functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.Manages appointments, meetings, and facility reservations.Handles communication (phone, email, messages) and liaises with clients/tenants.Prepares documents, and reports, and maintains accurate records.Assists with basic accounting tasks (billings, payments, petty cash).Monitors supplies, services, and complaints.Adaptable, flexible, and open to learning new technologies.Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.Qualifications:College degree preferred (Finance, Marketing, Business Accounting).Strong communication and MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).2+ years' experience in a similar role or real estate industry (a plus).Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
