Work closely with the admin and clinical team to coordinate staffing and schedule services across a large number of clients and employees.Use a computer to manage client and staff schedules.Ensure contract fulfillment of hours for each client based on contract services.Follow insurance guidelines when scheduling client services.Coordinate new client start-ups.Assist in identifying staff needs and team changes.Ensure staff hours are scheduled following company policies.Manage cancellations as they occur and arrange coverage.Maintain up-to-date electronic records on staff and client availability.Communicate scheduling information with clients and staff.Organize and file confidential documents electronically.Keep spreadsheets current and up-to-date.Measure Up with Skills Tailored for Client Coordination:
