Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to meet the required qualifications and experience.

Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience, and conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and conduct reference checks and verify credentials to ensure the accuracy and validity of candidate information.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing their questions and concerns, and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, and strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and attract top talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or human resources.
