**Sales Representative Role Summary:** Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets, develop strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, pitch solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system, keeping account information updated regularly.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare accurate sales reports.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of acquired clients to the Relationship Management Team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Corporate sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Selling and negotiating skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
