The main responsibilities of a CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST - COMPLIANCE (EN) include:Enforce our customers' programs to guarantee consistency and accuracy in evaluating advertising and marketing submissions.Serve as subject matter experts on client-specific programs, adeptly applying relevant rules and guidelines during reviews.
Uphold all Standard Service Level agreements.
Assist in the rollout and support of customer-specific programs.
Continuously expand knowledge on our tailored customer programs, collaborating with and earning from team experts.
Possess strong teamwork skills, working effectively with the in-office team and the North American team to continuously collaborate and enhance processes.
