Job Description & Qualifications

Looking for professional Back Office Support Administration Assistants who are positive, motivated, and dedicated. The role requires you to support our professional team in Australia in the administration of various companies and estates.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Providing clerical and administrative support.Data entry and maintenance.Managing and updating databases, ensuring all information is correct.Preparation of noncomplex correspondence.Perform duties related to accounts payables and receivables.Attending to bank reconciliations.Answering telephone calls and directing telephone enquiries. General administrative tasks.ExperienceProficient using Microsoft Suite of application especially word, excel and outlook.Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.Fluent in English.Experience with a data management system advantageous. Office Administration experience preferred, but not essential.Possess a Bachelor or College degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent preferred but not essential.Experience in Australian accounting standards and process preferred but not essential.About youGreat attention to detail and strong time management. Ability to multitask and handle workload collectively and calmy.Have an excellent phone manner.Able to work and contribute to a team environment.Promote a harmonious work place.
