Reporting to: Corporate Services Manager
Job Overview: As a Corporate Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Services Manager in a variety of back-office and administrative functions. This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling tasks across different domains such as Human Resource Management, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Office Administration, and other back-end support functions. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate services. We currently need two (2) Corporate Services Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
(Depending on your background, you might be assigned to any of the following role within the Corporate Services Department. New Graduates are encouraged to apply as we provide training development program to jump-start your career.)
Human Resource Management:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires.Help maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.Accounting and Bookkeeping:Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.Help in preparing financial statements and reports.Support budget preparation and expense management.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Office Administration:Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services Manager.General Back-End Office Support:Undertake data entry and database management.Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or direct.Assist in coordinating corporate events and activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.-
