Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise sales strategy to attract and retain high-quality franchisees.Identify and qualify prospective franchisees through various lead generation methods, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to explain the benefits and requirements of the franchise system.Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to signing the franchise agreement.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting franchising.Support new franchisees during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the franchise opportunity.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales or a similar role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of the franchise business model and legal requirements.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed.
