  • Review and verify purchase requisitions.
  • Evaluate vendor offers and negotiate prices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment terms.
  • Prepare lists of items for pick up, drop off, and purchase.
  • Answer inquiries from suppliers and requestors.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in business or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in purchasing or procurement role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Schedule: 8 hours shift, Monday to Friday.
