Job Summary:

Render good customer service to the club members. Work in unison with the Marketing Team and Slot Machine Technical Team relating to promo implementations, assisting in the upkeep of slot machines and other interdepartmental communications and tasks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist new members in signing up and educating them on how to use membership card thru our cashless system.Conduct regular site inspection.F&B monitoring for signing and verification of orders.Encoding, counterchecking and validations of order slips.Issuance of car parking validation to VIP members.Coordinate the implementation of Marketing & Promotion activities with the Marketing Department.Assist VIP members in Item Redemptions and Redemption of Raffle Tickets.Handles the Daily Player Tracking Record or DPTR.Text updates of Grand and Major Jackpots, including Big Payouts of P50,000 and above.Report to Branch Head, incidents, jackpots and repair needed at the site.Assist PAGCOR staff whenever the need arises.Good outlook presentation.Establish good rapport with VIP members and guestsTask in doing the minutes (weekly coordinated weekly meeting)Qualifications:High School Diploma or Bachelor's or equivalent1-year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required; casino industry is good to haveConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office
