Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resource programs and policies to support business objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on human capital management, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Advocate for the business value of HR initiatives and enable short-term and long-term business change
  • Support assigned business units in addressing complex and technical HR challenges
Requirements:
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field (advanced degree may be required)
  • 8-12 years of relevant HRBP experience in the BPO/Shared Services space
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to employee relations processes
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Willingness to work as an individual contributor and on the night shift
