In-charge of processing the issuance of individual titles of the project;Facilitates the transfer of titles and Tax Declaration of HDMF and In-house accounts;Responsible for the preparation and review of buyers' housing loan documents for BIR and Register of Deeds transactions;Responsible for the request of owner's copy of individual Transfer Certificate of Title, and Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration and Transfer Certificate of Title;Encodes payments request based on processed accounts for BIR, City Treasurer's Office, and Register of Deeds payments;Prepares liquidation for transaction, encodes Transfer Certificate of Title in/out transactions, and Tax Declaration in/out transactions for current accounts;Compiles all the necessary documents for BIR, City Treasurer's Office, Register of Deeds filing and payments. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree;Knowledgeable in BIR and Register of Deeds processes;Must be computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Flexible and Can Multi-taskWith Excellent Customer Service SkillsWilling to do fieldworkKnowledgeable in BIR online filing and payment of taxesAble to relate and deal effectively in Government agencies
