Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisorsImpact of work is most often at the local levelSets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own teamMay oversee work activities of other supervisorsAdapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challengesInfluences or provides input to forecasting and planning activitiesProduct, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth training deliveryCollaborate with internal/external business partners using a consultative approach to identify business goals and performance gaps (e.g., leadership, Human Capital, external customers)Translate business needs into training/development needsDeliver clinical science reviews using innovative methods that increase retention, and critical thinkingDeliver ongoing strategies to maintain relative clinical acumen and business-readinessMaintains personal certifications required for the job and ability to extend mentoring to others for certification maintenanceKey KRA will be Measurement and Evaluation of training, throughput along with attrition during trainingCollaborate with operations to understand immediate Optimal Clinical Skills Laboratory and operations requirements and prepare accordinglyProvide support to the USRNAcademy, as well as deliver Final Coaching for imminent NCLEX examineesProvide support to the RN Ready programme as content developer and proofreaderProactively manage task assignments or update training modules as requiredPerform research required to update/develop training modulesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:BS Nursing GraduatePHRN/USRNDemonstrate affiliation in Clinical Academe and/or NCLEX Review groupsMinimum of 2 years of experience in role as NCLEX Instructor and/or as a Clinical Instructor from a Nursing AcademeMinimum of 2 years of experience with a function similar to OCS Laboratory and/or USRNAcademyHands-on experience conducting NCLEX reviewsHigh level of clinical acumen and awarenessAbreast with US healthcare standardsStrong in Instructional Design and Curriculum DevelopmentEstablished background in training and learning experience deliveryEngaging and Student DrivenWorking knowledge on NCLEX ApplicationProficient in mentoring skills and Ability to mentor new trainers and take up upskilling trainingProficient in conducting train-the-trainer and ensures quality of training with high throughputProficient is all training related activities - content development, innovation, instructional design, transformation in learning, etc.Demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area and often able to apply these outside of own functionDemonstrate knowledge of the business environment and business requirements (e.g., strategy changes, emerging business needs)Ability to identify learner types and deliver training as per learner populationDemonstrate ability to identify, recommend and use various training platforms for effective training deliveryDemonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in respects to general medical sciences, nursing and practicePreferred Qualification:Mentoring/coaching skills
