Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and professionally assertive Virtual Assistant to provide executive support to a busy CEO. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a high volume of emails, scheduling, and task management, and will possess the confidence to guide the CEO in daily priorities. This role requires someone who can work independently but is also comfortable collaborating with other team members at the CEO's direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's email inbox, ensuring important messages are flagged and responded to promptly.
- Proactively organize the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, tasks, and deadlines.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and other team members, facilitating communication and task delegation.
- Prepare daily agendas and ensure the CEO is aware of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining systems to improve efficiency in managing the CEO's workload.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed, including document management, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant role, with a focus on executive support.

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in managing email and calendar systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Suite).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with the CEO and other team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assertive and confident in providing guidance to the CEO on daily priorities without being overbearing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Tools/Software:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Work Schedule:
- U.S. Daytime Hours (exact hours to be aligned with the CEO's schedule).

Work Environment:
- Remote position with occasional interaction with team members across different time zones.
