Team Global Talent Hub Corp, an Australian-owned company based in the Philippines, is seeking a Sales Account Assistant to join our team working for an Australian client.

Job Descriptions:

Building relationships with new and existing clients both over the phone and via Teams.Ability to make cold calls and manage the conversation dealing with all types of clients servicing needs across our entire suite of services.Addressing the needs of the client's transport and logistics requirements.Conducting market research to identify possibilities and evaluate client needs.Actively seeking out new growth within existing accounts. Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals and presentations on products and services with the guidance of the management team.Setting up meetings with clients for the Western Australia-based team and populating their outlook calendar. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections with the guidance of Sales Manager and GM Sales and Service. Collaborate with team members regarding accounts and seek guidance on growth opportunities within the portfolio of accounts.Use the customer relationship management system as required. Key Responsibilities:Account retention Assisting with sales revenue growth Compliance with the customer modelAchievement of sales and marketing strategyAverage gross margin of 34% across all customers within the designated client portfolioAccurately maintain and update client information within FMS and CRM.Successful/sustainable resolution of issues Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Sales SupportAbility to work to deadlines and maintain performance under pressure.Experience writing emails to clients in a professional manner Excellent documentation presentation skillsThe capacity to show initiative along with discretion and judgment.Genuine commitment to high-quality client service.Excellent English skills and understanding of Australian cultureProven track record in client management Ability to read, interpret, and produce reports in the MS Office Suite Willing to work onsite (BGC Taguig).
