1)Ensure sales and revenue targets are achieved for applied sales operations in Metro Manila team in accordance with the company goals and directions

2)Oversee the daily sales operations by assisting in developing a business plan and by reinforcing the required skills of sales team on sales reporting, negotiation strategies, and handling customer concerns

3)Meet planned goals and growth objectives, set individual sales targets, and monitor sales goals and team performance

4)Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, participate in project listing, evaluate Gross Profit Simulation report, and identify new opportunities

5)Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies, benchmarking and understanding the local business environment, and increasing the market penetration through securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base

6)Assist in developing leaders, establishing guidelines to meet productivity and customer satisfaction, evaluating the team's performance, identifying areas for improvements, and creating action plans

7)Supervise project site and client visits, propose value-based selling for possible project opportunities and sales, and manage pre-bid meeting, technical inquiries, bid presentations, quotations, and project turn over reports

8)Provide technical recommendations to local contractors and developers, facilitate sales presentations with emphasis on specifications of the product, conduct project site visitation and inspection to determine product suitability and applicability of the unit to the project

9)Analyze market trends to increase brand awareness and study competitor's product, activities, and pricing derived from competitors, various mechanical consultants, local developers, and other strategic resources

10)Attend sales meetings, partner conferences, and marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional events

11)Update technical knowledge and learn latest trends in HVAC industry by attending educational workshops, certification classes (AOTC), and reviewing engineering data manual

12)Cultivate a harmonious and professional relationship with existing and new clients to ensure continuity of business and promote brand loyalty

13)Handle business inquiries, execute contingency plans to meet client's expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure collections / overdue accounts are responsibly managed

14)Assist in managing resources of teams, steering company campaigns and program proposals, administering staffing requirements, and develop budgets Establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all departments and ensure adherence of team with company policies and procedures

-Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

years work experience in Sales in manufacturing or service-oriented industry

-Technical selling is an advantage

-Knowledge in HVAC technology
