Key Account Executive

Responsible for introducing products and services to Enterprise Clients, expanding accounts, and leading sales processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering proposals and quotations to Enterprise Clients
  • Accrediting new leads and clients to formalize business transactions
  • Expanding assigned accounts by offering new or additional products and services
  • Negotiating financial metrics with clients, including price, margin, and credit terms
  • Ensuring Accounts Receivable and Daily Sales Outstanding are in compliance with finance policies and guidelines
  • Providing excellent customer experience and service delivery
  • Attending to client issues and complaints promptly
  • Submitting daily and weekly forecasts to the Immediate Head for stock allocation
  • Leading and collaborating with teams for Enterprise/Commercial sales events
  • Providing timely updates to the Immediate Head on business performance and concerns

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any four-year Business course
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in solution selling, hardware, or consumer electronics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and iWork Applications
  • Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed
