Role Overview

The Customer Service Agent is responsible in executing the order capture and ensures seamless processing of order details entered through calls and other platforms. The CSA will also provide timely and high quality of service to customer and consumer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Execute order capture and ensure seamless processing of order details entered through calls and other platforms, and handle issues affecting order processing (ie. Pricing, system issues, material exclusions, outlet number issues)Execute policies and processes that support cost savings and prevention of company losses (eg. Cold Drink Equipment, basic trouble shooting)Provide timely and high quality of service to customer and consumer inquiries and concerns for but not limited to, orders, business opportunities, services or product quality, received by phone, email, SMS or other electronic media requiring immediate handling and resolutionEscalates service tickets on consumer and/or customer concerns to the appropriate resolutionConducts related surveys such as market inquiries, database validation and customer satisfaction (e.g. surveys, promotions, etc.)Steer specialized projects and share knowledge and learnings in team meetings, coaching sessions and attends necessary trainings QualificationsGraduate of any Business-related coursesFresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to applyGood communication skills in English and Tagalog (Visayan speaking is a plus)Position based in Bagumbayan, Quezon CityWilling to work on HolidaysKnowledgeable in Computer Software – Microsoft, SAP advantage
