As part of our Customer Support team, the Customer Support Consultant will ensure the needs of the customer are actively identified to provide them with the best possible outcome. This position is responsible for taking overall ownership of customers' enquiries relating to deliveries, warranties, non-warranties, service call-outs and other general enquiries. From first touch through to resolution across voice and digital channels, the Customer Support Consultant's mission is to deliver exceptional customer support, guiding customers through the entire lifecycle while resolving any issues that arise on this journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver professional and empathetic customer supportAnswer customer enquiries within a timely and accurate mannerUnderstand client's needs, build rapport, and foster a positive customer relationshipCommunicating issues to various departmentsCreate and manage customer orders, service call outs and warranty claimsInform and educate customers on our products and servicesProvide thorough solutions to customer issuesCapture and process customer interaction informationSet clear time frames and expectations on when responses will be received & followed upAttend training, maintaining up to date and relevant knowledge on products, services, and policiesProvide a wide range of support to other team members and departmentsAd-hoc duties as manager requiresAbout you:3 years of Customer Service experience.Escalations experience and ticketing experience is a must.Must be flexible with work days and work hoursCreate and manage customer orders call, chat, and email.Purely customer centric, must be able to help the customers and make a decision.
