  14. Prepare business plan and financial model at a feasibility level.
  15. Design:
  16. Identify requirements for specialty and design consultants.
  17. Collaborate in the preparation of scopes of work for consultants.

  19. Tendering:

  34. Knowledge / Skills: Real Estate Specialist/Engineers
  35. Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in real estate management/engineering/architecture/urban development/project management finance or property-related professional discipline or similar qualifications.
  36. Master's level in management skills or equivalent.
  37. Experience: 5 years experience in real estate development
