HR Business Partner

At Cardinal Health, our HR Business Partners play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategies for human capital management, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, addressing complex and technical HR challenges, advocating for the business value of HR initiatives, and enabling short-term and long-term business change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human capital management strategies to drive business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs
  • Design and deliver human resource programs and policies to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on HR-related matters
  • Advocate for the business value of HR initiatives and enable short-term and long-term business change
Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
  • Participation in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Recommendation of new practices, processes, metrics, or models to improve business performance
  • Leadership of complex projects of large scope with significant and long-term impact
  • Independence in determining method for completion of new projects
  • Mentorship of less experienced colleagues to support their growth and development
