What You Will Do in Your Role

The HRBP Supervisor/Lead will act as an adviser for a business organization unit on all issues related to Human Resources. A change agent who can successfully support and align employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

1. Enterprise Strategy


• Act as a point of contact for the Employees and Supervisors in the business unit


• Assess and anticipate human resource-related needs


• Develop, implement, and evaluate local talent strategies to align with business needs and MBM


• Change enabler and support Supervisor-led change


• Provide guidance and partner with Supervisors on Performance Management


• Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implements transformations

2. Compliance and Audit


• Maintain knowledge of PH labor laws, industry standards or requirements as related to labor


• Build compliance capability within the HR Team


• Provide advice, guidance and consulting to Supervisors and Employees regarding company policies


• Participate in local audits, self-assessments, CSR/RBA Audits

3. Employee Relations


• Ensure appropriate response to all employee allegations, including managing investigations


• Support to any involuntary separation

4. Labor Relations


• Aligning local labor strategy with enterprise strategy set by Leveraged Capability


• Develop and sustain communication on discipline management


• Distinguish employee issues and provide applicable actions to mitigate the risk


• Coach and counsel Supervisors on discipline and grievance management


• Provide basic investigation and tracking of grievances

5. Compensation and Benefits


• Provide input to the compensation and benefits strategy group regarding local benefits policies


• Support Supervisor decision making and capability development through review and challenge process on related topics (Incentive plan, MBM Compensation Philosophy)


• Ensure compliance with local C&B requirements and procedures

6. HR Technology


• Promote HR systems and other site systems advancements and identify opportunities that impact business requirements


• Define business specific metrics and analytics and utilize HR data to improve decision making


• Participate and promote HR projects cross-functionally

7. Employee Training and Development


• Design and develop trainings to meet the company's goals


• Analyze skill gaps to identify specific learning objectives


• Develop sustainable learning activities to create performance improvement


• Evaluate effectiveness of the training by measuring learning objectives


• Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets to develop methods if performance management aligns with organizational goals


• Create definitions of desired individual or group performance


• Develop and maintain up-to-date career path for employees

8. Employee Engagement


• Implement organizational effectiveness surveys and interventions


• Develop team-building exercises and workshops


• Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies


• Diagnose potential organizational problems and resolve conflict within groups

9. Corporate Social Responsibility


• Monitor and ensure active compliance of the business in terms of the ethical standards & national or international norms


• Encourage employees to exhibit positive public relations and high ethical standards to reduce business and legal risk by taking responsibility for corporate actions


• Create CSR strategies to encourage the company to make a positive impact on the environment and stakeholders including customers, employees, communities, and others.

10. Employee Incentives and Retention Program


• Design and create employee incentive programs structure by selecting goals and rewards


• Promote incentive programs


• Develop and enhance the onboarding process and orientation

Requirements


• Minimum 10 years of corporate set-up/manufacturing experience


• Bachelor of Science in Human Resource, Psychology, or business-related courses
