Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to tutors for whatever concerns they may have that are related to their services for the companyManage the schedules of tutors to ensure enough lessons are provided dailyAnswer the tutors' inquiries (through Skype, email, or SMS)Work together with Japanese Customer Support in dealing with student concerns (e.g. cancellation or transferring of lessons, contacting tutors, etc.)Develop ideas for the improvement of the procedures related to operations in the Tutors' Management DepartmentFulfill other job-related tasks to be given by the immediate Supervisor Qualifications:Graduate of any 4-year degree or vocational courses (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)Proficient in written and spoken EnglishWilling to work in Makati (This is an office-based job)Willing to be in an afternoon shift (start of shift: 3PM)*may still change to any of the shifts posted belowWilling to be trained (both as a support staff and as a tutor)Shift during the support staff training: Tuesday to Saturday I 3PM to 12AM Rest days : Sunday and Monday Shift during the tutor training: Tue - Sat - 10AM - 7PM Amenable to working on holidays and weekendsMust acquiesce to render overtime whenever necessaryMust be adaptive and culturally sensitiveMust have strong time management skillsMust have experience in basic to intermediate computer and internet troubleshooting Additional Information:Work is in Makati City (on-site): 10F King's Court I Building, 2129 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati CityTwo rest days in a week Fri and Sat (may still change)Other Department Shifts:4:30 AM to 1:30 PM11:00 AM to 8:00 PM1:00 PM to 10:00 PM3:00 PM to 12:00 MN What to look forward to:Experience working in a multicultural environmentReceive HMO (Maximum Limit up to 200K) upon regularizationAnnual company activities
