Assist in the review of compensation and benefit processes, which include salary increases, market adjustments, preparation of benefits budget, and benefits administrationEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.Coordinate with external pay and benefits providers to ensure high-quality service deliveryPrepares memoranda, announcement, updates and other information pertaining to compensation and benefits.
