The HR Training Officer plays a key role in the organization, responsible for sourcing and providing learning and training information and resources. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating training programs, conducting research and design, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in planning and coordinating training programs, scheduling activities, and finalizing the training calendar
  • Coordinates with the Section Manager and other managers for overall department plans
  • Attends meetings of training research and study groups, and helps in preparing minutes and agenda
  • Performs necessary tasks, such as encoding documents, coordinating appointments and meetings, and follow-up calls to concerned associates/units
  • Conducts periodic review and revisions of manuals and learning aids
  • Prepares the effective delivery of courses by reviewing process design, familiarization with reading materials, and verifying contents for accuracy and relevance
  • Summarizes and provides input on submitted reports of the section
  • Participates in departmental and assigned section's objective-setting activities, including semestral and annual performance review
  • Reviews, identifies, and recommends enhancements to work processes, outputs, and standards
  • Assists the Manager in monitoring the progress of learning and training research and design, and recommends necessary adjustments
  • Coordinates with the Manager and Assistant in the design and conduct of various learning and training programs
  • Develops diagnostic tools and instruments, such as survey forms, interview questions, and learning interventions
  • Records feedback results and follows-up data gathered in learning and training research problems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Training and Development
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills
  • Well-advanced in office program applications, online learning platforms, instructional design, graphics, and video editing tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
