JOB DESCRIPTION
To generate revenue and meet target sales quota by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales. You should maintain to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction with clients / customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To meet or exceed established annual quota on institutional sales
2. To identify market potential by qualifying accounts; to map out potential customers / corporate clients; to contact and conduct follow-ups on sales prospects / clients;
3. To initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding the client's business needs, developing proposals, closing sales.
4. To close sales by building rapport with potential clients, expounding on the benefits of CentroLink's solutions and service capabilities; overcoming objections, etc.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years track record in meeting sales quota targets on institutional sales.
• With contact networking on corporate clients
• Required skills: Analytical, organized, proficient in MS Office especially Excel, with good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Required languages: English, Filipino.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented are highly desired qualifications.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City and lives within the area of Makati, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasay, Paranaque. Otherwise, no issues on traffic or travel time of one hour or more
