As a Sales Manager specializing in sustainable packaging, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to promote eco-conscious solutions while also managing sales of conventional packaging products. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on environmental sustainability while achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BIOPOUCHES' sustainable packaging solutions and conventional packaging products in Indonesia.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers across various industries, including food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and more.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our sustainable packaging solutions, emphasizing environmental benefits and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and address market demands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent BIOPOUCHES.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable packaging concepts and trends, with a passion for environmental sustainability.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
