Manages the Customer Development Infrastracture library not limited to improving processes and policies -tools, on boarding, enablementResponsible in providing the framework of an efficient Accounts managements for execution of the differentchannels heads.Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Sales order management of the customerorders to the on time delivery of the orders.Order Management - Sell InOversees achievement rate of Sales Plan vs Procurement Plan and discusses resolution of gaps to executionownersprocesses sales order transactions according to account type and it's policyInforms AEs and Sales Managers if account is on hold due to AR related concernSales Processess and Procedures - CD Infrastructure (Standard framework and guideline in CD)Creates pre-sales order screening process that AEs will utilize for them to efficiently perform their job. This includes the right quantity, right price, accurate discount, pending AR that will affect credi tlimit,Creates a guideline on how to prepare for an effective Sales Plan for Account Executives, Channel Managers to use.Provides guideline for Channel Managers to differentiate account category (Key Accounts, Wholesaler, Dealers,HORECA, Corporate) for appropriate AE account assignment, proper tagging of new clients in the system /internal trackerSales tools - CD InfrastructureTools to gather external informationCreates template to assess customer satisfaction and to be executed by the AEsCreates template for AEs and Channel Managers for them to gather Account Synopsis e.g. storage size, rental cost, foot traffic, delivery schedule, PO cycleCreates template for AEs, Coordinators, Promodizers on how to gather competitor landscape Internal ToolsProvide Dashboard to AEs and Channel Managers for them to take full accountability in tracking progress and successAccount ManagementConsolidates account profile provided by sales team members and maintains up to date information in coordination with AEs / Channel ManagersProvides sales related information and analytics to channel managers in order for them to make sound decision in planning the right SKUs per account, challenges channel manager's plan if this is not aligned with the provided dataConsolidates result of satisfaction survey from the AEs and provides data to Channel Managers for appropriate action, if needed. Highlight positive feedback as well for internal best practice sharing and replication.Understands the essence / objective of a Business Review and capture critical information / discussion points to improve the backend support that the AEs and Channel Managers needEnsures consolidation of all account commitments by providing a data repository and to serve as list for Channel Managers to follow through. Calls out Channel Managers for undelivered commitments.Creates an Account synopsis / bio-data of each out as provided by the AEs / Channel Managers. To be updated annually or semi-annually.CDO and Channel Managers are responsible in analyzing internal or external sales information to provide insight and help develop a data driven sales strategy / planCollaborates with Channel Managers to bridge sales performance gaps based on gathered dataResponsible in creating and streamlining Sales processess, procedures and guidelines to drive efficiency and ease in operational executionConsolidates programs, activities and or promotions of customers to have a top level visibility of all possible sales opportunitiesLeads the Sales Planning process as an input to the Annual Sales Target and Annual Budget.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Management or any related field extensive experience of atleast 5 years of working experience in the same role With above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)With strong analytical and communication skills
