Job Overview:

As an HR Operations Specialist at RecruiterPH, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include responding to requests for information, providing guidance on accessing information, and supporting the Shared Service function with HR, Training & Recruitment administrative duties.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Support the Shared Service function with HR, Training & Recruitment administrative duties, including Payroll, Benefits, Background Verification, Document Management, and Attendance and Time keeping.
  • Provide database security, system administration, and design/alterations.
  • Assist with Human Resources metric reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and provide information on employee demographics, trends, and projections.
  • Maintain and update system tables, passwords, and organizations.
  • Handle end-to-end HR Operations from onboarding to offboarding for payroll processing, compensation, and benefits of employees.
  • Responsible for running timely and accurate processes, handling people manager responsibilities, and monitoring team performance.
  • Determine opportunities for process improvement and coordinate with Operations and Department heads regarding employee payroll issues and updates on processes in Payroll and Benefits.
  • Handle new hire orientation process, monitoring and validating all payroll inputs, consolidation, and review of all payroll disputes, 13th-month pay, and year-end tax annualization processing.
  • Perform final review of payroll reports/outputs by validating instructions, handle employee bonuses, incentives, salary adjustments/changes, and handle end-to-end final pay processing from instruction preparation to third-party vendor validation.
  • Handle COE and other government-related documents, adhere to internal controls, review policies, and have very strong knowledge of labor codes and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for government agencies and internal stakeholders, participate in internal/external audits, and work with third-party partners for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Review and approve sickness/maternity benefits/salary advances.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate (4 or 5 years course completed).
  • HR Process expertise.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws.
  • 4 to 6 years' experience in an HR SS role, BPO experience preferred.
