About the Role:

The Role:

We're looking for a leader to guide a team of experts focused on providing valuable insights and analysis for GIA products and advisory services. You'll play a key role in shaping the team structure to meet client needs and enhance our business vision. Join us if you're eager to strengthen your regional expertise and take on analytical and management challenges in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with economists to forecast macroeconomic conditions, deliver insights, and conduct impactful research
  • Define the regional research agenda, drive analytical innovations, and develop a strategic regional outlook
  • Spearhead regional stress-testing and leverage proprietary datasets for economic forecasts
  • Support commercial expansion through engagements, briefings, and inquiries
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance product offerings
  • Lead a team of regional experts, foster continuous learning, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Drive business development initiatives and build strategic relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of leadership and change management experience
  • 8+ years of analysis experience with strong quantitative skills
  • Master's or doctorate degree in economics desired
  • Deep understanding of regional economic, political, and business landscapes
  • Passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to translate strategies into actionable goals
  • Experience in business development and client engagement
  • Proficiency in English and local language desired
