Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 3 years ago (and growing to 130+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 200+ employees before the end of 2024.

We are seeking an experienced HR administrator / generalist, who has a minimum of 3 years experience working for, or within an Australian company / entity.

Our client is the leading provider of medical services and risk management to public and private events across Australia.

The role:

Assist HR manager with on boarding, off boarding and recruitment processesReview and maintain staff accreditation and credentialsSchedule staff for various events within accreditation parametersDraft and update polices, SOPS, forms and HR/ Rostering related documentsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Collaborate with State Operations managers to prepare documents for line managers (performance reviews, disciplinary meeting preparation, preparation of documentation and meeting requests).Required Experience:Proven experience in a Human Resources role in an Australian business / entity Excellent organisational and time-management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionRelevant tertiary educationWhat we offer:Hybrid or onsite Above market remunerationHMOPerformance incentivesTeam building events and activitiesBrand new IT equipment15 days VL5 days sick leave13 month and all other government mandated benefits
