Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job
posting to selection and onboarding of new employees.

Training and Development:
Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee
skills and knowledge, and facilitate career development initiatives.

Performance Management:
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to
ensure fair and transparent evaluation of employee performance.

Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and
promote positive employee relations within the organization.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
related to employment, health, and safety.

HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with
best practices and industry standards.

HR Administration & Total Rewards:
Handle HR administrative tasks, maintain employee
records, and manage HR information systems. Ensures compliance to Total rewards
practices.

Organization Development:
Provides strategic plans to Presidents and align organization
to companies MVC.

Timekeeping & Payroll Administration:
Ensures accuracy in timekeeping & payroll
process. Coordinate with Finance on the payroll conversion.
