Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 25,000 to 35,000

Your Role, Your Impact, Your Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls in a professional and timely manner, provide accurate and helpful information to customers.Respond to customer emails promptly, ensure all inquiries are addressed effectively.Process simple orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.Assist the department manager with daily operational tasks to support the smooth running of the department.Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve issues efficiently.Offer technical support to customers as needed, troubleshoot and resolve any product-related issues.Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and technical support cases.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.Your Path to Expertise Unlocked:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Service or Office Administration are a plus.Proven experience in a customer support, after sales, or administrative support role; 1-3 years of experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.Customer-focused with a professional, friendly demeanor.Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot basic product issues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
