About the Unit: Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

About the Job: You will supervise the performance of the Team Leads overseeing various parts of the direct fulfillment processes, including storage/put away of parcels, Pick and Pack (Relabel, Dispose & Bulk Reship). You will perform a variety of duties related to the daily report generation, packaging, order closeout and shipping of customer orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the fulfillment team leads to check inventory movements and support the day-to-day processing of customer requests and fulfillment processes.Support the data tracking for all Fulfillment reports.Ensure accurate and compliant inventory management for fulfillment warehouse, including all warehouse transactions and cycle countsCirculate throughout the department as needed to help resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities and maintain effective employee and co-worker relations.Controls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems.Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Provide training to the Fulfillment team.Work with the Fulfillment Manager in the escalating department needs to support the success of the day-to-day fulfillment operations.Other tasks that may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager.Qualifications:2-3 years cumulative work experience in warehousing and fulfillment.Preferably within the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.Experience in warehouse management Setting up and scaling up warehouse operations is a plus.Experience with any Warehouse Management System is a plus Experience in managing a teamKnowledgeable in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Presentation toolsProficient in written and oral English and TagalogWhy Join Us?We recognize and reward your valuable contribution through a competitive compensation and a series of recognition programs.
