Warehouse Clerk

Our mission is to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a dedicated team member to join our Fulfillment Unit, responsible for warehouse operations and sales requirements.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between functions, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and compliance with security and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing warehouse equipment and materials
• Storing and managing internal documents
• Monitoring inventory and purchasing office consumables
• Leading and managing people through attendance, behavior, and performance monitoring
• Ensuring resources are available for warehouse operations
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager in finding third-party vendors and suppliers
• Developing and implementing a system for tracking claims
• Ensuring accurate billing for shippers

Requirements include:

• BS/BA Degree or vocational course
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Logistics or warehousing experience preferred
• Collaborative team player with adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Word, Spreadsheets, and Presentation tools
• Strong personality, people management, and communication skills
