**Fulfillment Unit Overview**

The Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

**Job Description**

The selected candidate will act as a liaison between various functions (e.g. procurement, last-mile, account management, operations) to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The candidate will also ensure efficient management of our warehouse operations and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations and policies to create a safe working environment for all team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Facilitate, coordinate, identify and monitor the availability and usage of warehouse equipment and materials
• Store and manage internal documents and documents in the warehouse
• Monitor the inventory and purchase requisition of office consumable and supplies
• Lead and manage people through monitoring of issues on terms of attendance, behavior, performance
• Ensure resources are available in order to support warehouse operations
• Provide support to the Warehouse Manager when looking for third party vendors/suppliers
• Develop and implement a system for tracking claims
• Ensure that the shippers are billed accurately by tracking their charges

**Requirements:**

• BS/BA Degree in any field / Vocational course
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Experience in logistics or warehousing industries is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledgeable in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and other Presentation tools is a MUST.
• Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog
• Strong personality
• People management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
