Job Summary: Inventory Manager responsible for managing inventory operations, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory operations, including inventory control protocols and reconciliation.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions.
  • Draft reports documenting inventory counts, discrepancies, and statistical data.
  • Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
  • Communicate complex inventory problems to Supervisor.
  • Perform extensive research on inventory-related reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of inventory reconciliations analysis reports.
  • Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Coordinate irregularities or discrepancies with Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors.
  • Perform audit function related to inventory of items and processes.
  • Assist in analyzing transaction matching.
  • Ensure accurate Inventory System.
  • Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards.
  • Perform system audits.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 4 years work experience in the same field.
  • Work experience in logistics, warehouse, and supply chain management.
  • Expertise in using Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Expertise in inventory analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse and inventory processes and documents.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to gather, analyze and input data.
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and math.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
